2005 Trend? Less Waitlist Movement

It seems that there has been less waitlist movement this year than in the past- does anyone else agree?
Why? More applicants? Schools filled earlier?

I think it was either Mr. Larkin or Dr. Hinkley from the Fl. schools that commented and said that they saw less people dropping acceptances then in the past.

So maybe there is an ounce of truth to that.
