Anyone else experiencing huge drops in reimbursements for Long Term EEG Monitoring? Specifically 95724?

Yup looks like there has been a major change. It affects total RVUs way more than physicians.

Im still trying to figure it out but seems like for a 72h ambulatory EEG with video instead of 95953 each day, which is 12.5/3 RVUs x 3 = 37/9 (total/physician); we have to now bill either 95720 x 3 - which is 6/3.8 x 3 = 18/12 or just one 95724 for the whole recording which is 9.5/6 RVUs.
 
Attend your annual ACNS conventions and maintain membership to avoid having these changes hit like a mack truck. Knowing this was coming a year in advance really helped the practice prepare.
