-550 clinical volunteer hours
-200 paid clinical hours
-150 hrs of shadowing - emergency medicine, immunology, internal medicine
-Employment held for 6 years at same place throughout high school and undergrad.
-Strong LORs and personal statement.
-NC resident

I am applying to the following:
Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, NC
Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Carolinas Campus, SC
Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine -Virginia Campus, VA
Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, GA
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine - Bradenton Campus, FL
Lincoln Memorial University - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, TN
Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, FL
University of Pikeville-Kentucky, College of Osteopathic Medicine, KY
William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, MS

**LECOM-B and NOVA are my top two choices if possible.

My only worry is the low sGPA, but sometimes you just have to take it on the chin. I'll bet you'll get a number of acceptances all the same. Suggest adding PCOM, since it's not too far away.

NOVA really likes good MCAT scores like yours so that should help. I believe you'll get interviews.

I don't understand why Nova is so mcat 'obsessed'...It is my top choice and I cant break 29+ in my practice test so far...

I don't understand it anymore than you do. I was initially worried that my mcat would be too low, but I am relieved that it should suffice. I hope all goes well with your mcat; just keep practicing and try to relax and you will do fine.
 
You'll be fine. It might be a good idea to sign up for a few retakes and put them as planned in your application, so if they ask you in an interview, they see you're doing something about it.

Thanks for the feedback, I was wondering earlier this year if I should retake a class or two, but I decided to just take a couple of higher level science courses instead. I'm hoping that it shows I am still trying to improve.
