This (2016) MSAR has some interesting numbers:

SBU Med 10th Percentile: 30
SUNY Downstate 10th Percentile: 30
Drexel 10th Percentile: 29
Jefferson 10th Percentile: 29
Temple 10th Percentile: 29
Temple 10th Percentile: 29
Albany 10th Percentile: 29

I'm a NY Resident so I was hoping for some love from SUNYs. Also I'd be AT the 10th percentile for the Philly triplet.

Their was roughly a 1 point increase for the 10th percentile from the 2015 MSAR for every single one of those schools.

No chance for interviews if I'm ORM (South Asian Male student) given that I'm at the 10th percentile or below for those schools? Note: That isn't my entire school list, just my top choices. If I get any interviews its gonna be pure luck, I'm not in numerical high grounds to garner interviews?

ECs:
-Lots of shadowing
-good amount of clinical volunteering/patient contact
-leadership in 4 different clubs
-published several papers in UG
-Strong LoRs
-AMCAS is set to go out day 1 and secondary essays are more or less all good
