Your GPA is great and I don't think it will be a problem. Mention somewhere why you started low but please don't find excuses for a B, it will sound ridiculous.
I would say that your application is interesting and as long as you're able to show how excited you were about doing them I'm pretty sure you have a shot anywhere.
Apply to more schools tho. Most of yours are reach schools
