You should seriously consider applying to at least 6 DO schools and you have VCOM (all 3 schools), CUSOM, WVSOM, UP-KYCOM, LMU-DCOM and PCOM in your region.

Awesome ECs, Decent MCAT/GPA. I'd consider most of the schools Faha listed. WVU, while OOS friendly to bordering states, tends to favor OOS applicants with much higher GPAs. So unless you have ties to WV or really have a passion for rural medicine, I'd maybe consider swapping WVU out for Rush, a private school that really favors volunteering (which you seem to have a lot of).
