1. Can anyone vouch for the 30 days cars success plan?

2. What cars sources do you guys recommend?

3. Are EK 101 passages and pre 2015 mcat passages still good sources for passages?

I can speak to #2 and the second part of #3
Use any and all CARS practice from test prep companies but remember two things the test companies will be harder and remember the order of strength AAMC > Khan Academy > all others (EK, GS, Kaplan...ect)
The old stuff is great and harder just remember the subjects have changed a little even for the CARS but that shouldn't change your reading comprehension.
...And of course, "C is for Cookie"

CARS is probably the hardest section of the exam on which to improve. I guess this is because reading and critical analysis skills are developed rather than learned and take a lot of time to develop. In my opinion, it doesn't matter what you read, as long as you're thinking about what you've read, you're getting in practice for the MCAT, whether it's a NYTimes article or a Nature paper.
