AAMC CARS Pack Help

Hi all,

I'm currently completing CARS Pack #2 (50% complete) and averaging a 79% under timed conditions. However, the spread here is really variable: I score 100% on some passages and 60-70% on many others. I'm really confused because my FL scores have been in the 128-130 range. Is this pack representative of the actual AAMC content?

Most importantly: any advice?

The worst CARS item from AAMC is better than the best CARS item from any of the commercial resources. Do every AAMC CARS passage at least twice and see if you recognize any question styles or patterns. If your AAMC FLs are 128 to 130 for CARS, then you are in very good shape.

No worries about the variable scoring, because that is often the case on all AAMC materials, not just CARS. The bright side is that you have less to hyper focus on when you review, if you get most passages 100% correct.
