This seems like an easy question, but I'm having trouble understanding it in general and specially how they derived that equation.

this is just

constantVelocity = frequency x lambda

You know the velocity of sound in "meters per second". You know the frequency in "per second". Solve for wavelength in "meters".

Like the explanation says, at height H it is just sitting still so this is a quick calculation.
