ABFM Practice Improvement Activity - For hospital medicine

I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to best go about selecting a PI project that would be appropriate for my practice. I'm a nocturnist hospitalist which eliminates most of the products out there I've looked at. Anyone have any pointers/suggestions?

There's a hospitalist PI activity through the ABFM, did you look at that?

I did their Acute Care one and was able to pick the metric I wanted to improve, I didn't have to enter individual patient charts or anyting. just say how many patients before and after my intervention whatever criteria I used. it was almost too easy, and I should think that the hospitalist activity would be similar.
