About career opportunity for a nurse in USA

Hey one of my friend is working in the clinic of chiropractor since 7 years . So can anybody tell me about her career opportunity in USA.

Is she actually a nurse? I doubt it if she was working in a chiropractor's office. It will depend on what education she has, what certifications, and her ability to be licensed in the US. If she is a real nurse, and is able to get licensed in the US, her career prospects are very good. We need nurses.
