Generally you should avoid AOA psychiatry if you want to get a fellowship. Though if I remember correctly addiction medicine is a relatively uncompetitive field, though addiction psychiatry may be more medium competitiveness.

Addiction Psychiatry is probably more appropriate for a Psychiatrist.
