Adverse Testing Conditions

My friend just took Comlex and is wating for her results. In the meantime she got an email saying that prometric reported there was loud noise nearby so the Comlex people are reviewing it as an "Adverse Testing Condition". She did not report the noise. Has anyone had something like this happen?
