Advice for radiology trainee from primary/consulting teams

I am an MS4 currently applying to diagnostic radiology. If you are physician who orders imaging, what are your biggest problems/frustrations with radiologists or radiology reports? What advice would you have for radiology trainees to possibly remedy these?

I recently posed this question to a Surg Onc Fellow's AMA and got an insightful response from a surgeon's perspection. I am wondering if folks from other specialities had something else to add.
