hey everyone, i just joined the forum and i'm in a bit of a quandary. i got a 26 R on the april mcat. i'm retaking it this august. but i'm wondering if its worth me sending in the application. will i get secondaries? will schools even consider me for interviews? i guess the big issue is whether schools will take me seriously at all if i submit my app now. i have a 3.5 gpa and extensive clinical and research hours. any sort of feed back would be great.

If you tell AMCAS that you're retaking the MCAT in August, schools will not decide on an interview until they receive the August scores.
