am i eligible to practice as a dentist in usa if i clear dental board exams both part I and part II,or do i have to get an admission in a dental school and pay the fees of last two clinical years of bds?

Dont worry go and practice where ever you want. Even without passing you can do. If any one question you, tell them my name.

You're eligible to practice in the United States only if you have a valid license for the state in which you practice. Licensure requirements vary from state to state.
thanks john. i really wish to practice in usa.
