AMCAS Future Enrollment Changes

I applied to various schools with different prereqs and listed a bunch of future enrollment courses on my AMCAS application to cover all of them depending on which schools sent me IIs (i understand these are non binding). I'm now graduating but did not actually take all of those courses, however the school I want to CTE wants me to notify them of changes to coursework listed on AMCAS. I'm planning on reaching out to them with the actual courses I ended up taking, but don't know if I should provide an explanation for that or just simply list the courses I actually took.

Give them the list so they aren't shocked when they get your final transcript. If they want an explanation, they'll contact you.

Ok, thank you. For what it's worth, I updated them on my fall semester courses a while back and didn't hear anything back, but the spring ones deviate more. I'll go ahead and do this.
