Hello,
I am interested in learning more about the anesthesiology residency program at Mayo Alix School of Medicine. I am not from Arizona but I have family there which is motivating me to consider moving to Arizona for residency. Mayo would be a reach program for me but I want to give it a shot by doing an away rotation there. I can't seem to find much information on reddit or SDN about this program, does anybody have experience there? How is the residency program for anesthesiology, what are some strengths or positives of the program as well as the Phoenix/Scottsdale area? Why did you pick Alix SOM for anesthesia over other programs? Any sources or websites to learn more about that area/program (other than the official program website)?
