How is annual leave addressed with a 7 on 7 off schedule? Considering 10 hr days for 7 days then off 7 days. If you take off 1 week of annual leave is your annual leave charged for 7 days or 14 days?

I know our annual leave is calculated in 15-minute intervals, so you take leave for how much time you want off (in hours or minutes) not in days, so a week off is 80 hours, equivalent to 2 weeks in a 40-hour week.

ours in in actually hours - they take a week off - they use 70 hours of PDO (and somehow amazingly still get paid for 10 hours they don't work!)
