Have you seen it?

I have a 41 year old woman who has been quite stable on wellbutrin xl 300mg QD and neurontin 200mg TID for years. Chronic difficulty achieving orgasm began prior to my taking the patient, so the timeline is unclear. Interview reveals that it started around the same time as the introduction of the neurontin. Decreasing it to 100mg TID has had no effect so far, and mood lability has increased significantly.

Wavering on lyrica because she's between insurance coverage and is afraid of weight gain.

Never seen it myself, but I really only use Neurontin for neuropathic pain and those folks aren't get too much action. BTW, the link only opens the NCBI search site.
