Invisibilia was an interesting pop-psychology podcast. It's geared towards non-psych people, but I still thought that their stories were interesting.

I like Scott Barry Kaufman a lot - haven't had a chance to listen to this yet and it looks like it might lean towards pop psych side a bit based on some of the people he chose to interview, but he's an incredibly entertaining personality nonetheless. His research is focused mostly on creativity and intelligence, and the podcast seems to primarily focus on those topics as well.
