Any hope to get into a MD School?

I took my MCAT last year and got a 19 (PS8 VR3 BS8). I retook them this year and got a 25 (PS10 VR5 BS10). My Science GPA is 3.55 and Cum GPA is 3.45. I am an engineering major and have LOTS of leadership experience and extracurricular activities. Is there any hope I can get into a MD program in a medical school in US? Anyone who got into a medical school with such scores please guide me on what schools should I apply to or if I should take MCAT for the 3rd time.

The 5 in verbal is going to kill you. Unless you are URM, you should retake.

Do you have research? Do you have clinical experience?

If you say no to either, then it will be very difficult. It does not look too good to take MCAT a third time, but if you did you would have to score in the 33+ range to make it seem significant.

The 5 in VR will get you an auto-reject at mostly every MD school. Study and retake.
