I'm applying to Occupational Therapy programs and have not found any that specialize in music. There's a small handful of research done on positive effects of incorporating music into therapy, but I have yet to find any program that offers a specialization or emphasis.

Does anyone know any more than I do?

I doubt that you'll find a program that allows you to specialize in music or other specific type of OT practice. OT programs in the US are designed to provide a generalist education, and specialization typically happens once you've been working in a specific practice area for a while. You could look into private schools and try your luck there?

If you're set on exploring music in therapy, you could always look into programs that offer independent research opportunities or have faculty with research interests in music. My school offers electives that cover special topics, so that's something else to look into.
