Any psychosomatic inpt or residential tx facilities out there?

I have a 19 yo kid (with an ill-defined but possibly-smoldering bipolar disorder in the backgroud, with family hx of an uncle with similar presentation at a similar age) who has a serious conversion/somatization d/o flavor (GI sx out of proportion to any clinical findings with extensive w/u, now with ego-dystonic weight loss & anorexia--95 lbs--and severe panic attacks). She's primitive, histrionic, and is sabotaging treatment in our partial hospitalization setting. Are there any psychosomatically-focused inpatient/residential treatment centers out there? A quick search of Google shows they seem to be common... in Germany, which is not particularly helpful!
