Which medical school would be best for an american student to go to and then come back for residency in the states?

Thanks,

my opinion is that if you are looking at schools in europe, Irish schools have the most established connection to N. America.

The western european (Irish/UK/Aussie) ones do seem "safe" career-wise. I've also heard Sackler (Israeli) being quite reputable. It sort of depends what you're looking or in the move, and where you're interested in going.

RCSI is pretty good, as the return rate to North America is pretty high! And, RCSI students have good reps at american hospitals.
