Any tip to prepare for PGY2 for pgy1 resident who are working now

I realize there was familiar post on this forum except it is for CURRENT pgy1. My question is specifically addressing to people who are currently practicing after completion of PGY1 but is still looking forward for PGY2 in the future. From what I can gather the steps would be to get various certification that keep you on top of your knowledge and practice aka bcps, cgp, cde etc... Also maintain a presence in local/regional pharmacy organization with leadership position such as may be new practitioner section or other sub committee. Hopefully to publish one of your past research projects... Aside from these three i named, would there be anything else that you guys can think of for a current practitioner?
