From a humble MSIV perspective, The University of Wisc has all the makings for a stellar academic EM program with strengths in diverse clinical practice settings, Aero Transport, and public health research opportunities....

Yet, are there any attending types or residents that would feel comfortable shedding some light on the topic of their fledgling residency program, for those of us looking to interview there?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It will be a great program and they are on ERAS. Feel free to shoot them an app. Brand new ED and the flight program will be getting two brand new birds (EC 135s) - residents will fly. Faculty is young and energetic, not so many big names but a solid group. The PD and APD are really good - this program has been their "baby" for years. It should be great.

Of course, I'm still partial to Mayo's program - but we only have 8 slots!
