Anyone doing a residency at brooks?

Hi guys, I start school in a week and was awarded a four year Army HPSP scholarship about a month ago. I am very interested in ortho and I think brooks would be great place to spend five years doing a surgery residency. I just wanted to get some first hand info about BAMC.

I consider SDN to be the super Walmart in that you can find anything here. I can't believe that no one on this forum is at Brooks army medical center. Maybe the residence are to busy to check the ever important SDN.

Have you read about some Army programs being five years for surgery and requiring a 5 year payback?
