I recently had a surgery done for a pilonidal cyst when the surgery was done I had a hole in my back about the size of a softball and had to do wet to dry changes everyday. It has almost healed up but it's starting to hurt again and I can feel another lump just as the first one had originally started. I'm also having lower back pain could that cause it? I'm in the Marine Corps so if this stuff keeps coming back could I possibly get medically separated?

You need to go back to the surgeon, not plan your retirement.
^ This.

SDN has a policy against giving medical advice to folks. Helping folks package their claim for getting med boarded is also outside the scope of these forums. See your doctor.
