Application question

For the application for next cycle (the class of 2020) does the actual application not open up until August 1st? Or does it open up early and you can submit it to schools August 1st?

Also is there a personal statement? Are there essay topics to write about? I'm trying to start everything early and make the most out of this rolling admission process. Thanks

It actually opens the first wednesday of August. Kinda random. And there is a personal statement. No specific questions. That's how it was last year anyway.

So you can't start it early, and then send it to schools the first Wed of August, correct?
