Applying for Backup Prelim year with SLOEs

I'm thinking about applying to a few prelim programs for backup but I have no IM LORs. I do have 4 SLOEs however. Any thoughts about applying with only SLOEs? I really CANNOT fit in a IM rotation until feb.

What about from your IM core? Is there anyone that can give you a strong letter?

I applied to prelim medicine as a backup, my IM Clerkship director gave me a department letter, then I asked an attending who I worked with closely for a LoR. I heard its best not to use EM SLOEs if you apply to anything else other than EM.
