Are NS scores inflated?

I've taken NS 1-7, and I've been averaging around a 500-501. Would I have a reasonable chance of scoring a 500 on the real deal on September 1st? I know a 500 is a low score, but I just want some love in newer DO schools.

I personally found them slightly inflated if you score under 505 on them but there is nothing to say that they absolutely are. Do some AAMC material and see where you score. Usually low 500s means a deficiency in content somewhere so you should brush up on your weak areas by doing some passages in them. You got it, just keep grinding.
