The overwhelming majority of them fit both points. Call is rare in most fellowships and tends to be manageable phone call that has educational purpose. People don't tend to work in fellowship education for the money or the prestige, it typically self selects for folks who are really dedicated to the field and ongoing training of future clinicians. Psychiatry as a field has nearly no malignancy in it's training programs and child fellowship even more so. This is liking picking straw out of a haystack.
