I received an Army flyer stating, "the Health Professional Loan Repayment program provides up to $250,000 for repayment of education loans for physicians serving in Army Reserve medical units. Payments are made in the amount of up to $40,000 each year for a maximum total of $250,000."
Can anybody tell me if this includes private loans or just federal loans? I'd prefer not reaching out to a recruiter at this point, but I would love to know the answer. I've tried googling it but haven't had success.
Edit: I didn't realize at first there was a military medicine forum and found the answer there (it only covers federal loans).
