ASC closing costs

Many of you may know my situation (work drama) from the private forums. I am in the process of wrapping things up FINALLY. Trying to sell my giant 1% share of the brand new ASC. I bought it for $8000. Now a year later the place is pretty much treading water. They asked me how much I want to sell for so I just said $8000. It should be clear at this point that I have no idea how This whole process works. Then I was informed that I am responsible for all closing costs. I guess my question is... What are typical closing costs for an ASC sale? Just attorney fees?

Why sell to them? Keep your share. Let them pay you your due every year or if it changes hands down the road let that buyer share in the closing expenses.
