~30% for direct admission to SOM. But the people rejected tend to be offered either MPH/MD, Post-Bacc to admission or Foundations in Medicine which is like a semester long SMP but not worth a degree like MPH is.

Based on NRMPs charting there is a 67% match rate for Grenada, however, SGU posts all residency appointments for each semester for the past 15 years on their website, the figures are above 70% if you know how many people were in that semester graduating:

I'm guessing something like 35% of the people who start studying medicine at SGU go on to match.
