I am a third-year student at AUA and I will be starting my core rotations hopefully this coming December.
AUA has a clinical clerkship collaboration with Florida International University and I am still deciding whether I should apply for the FIU-HWCOM program with extra cost. (extra $400 per week which may be around $18K for the core rotations).
AUA mentions that students who complete the FIU core rotation program will receive the FIU Certificate of Completion and an MD from AUA.
Does anyone know if this certificate would be helpful for the residency match?
And also, does anyone know whether AUA students would be given the opportunity to join the clinical research at FIU program?
