I am a little confused about the requirements for attending an Australian medical school as a US student.
I understand that to get accepted you need a 2.7 and a certain cutoff MCAT score. However, if you were to be accepted and completed medical school, would that be good enough to get a residency back in the US? Would the residencies look to make sure you even took Biology, chemistry, and all the other undergrad premed prerequisites back when you were were in the states?
