DO student here applying only to ACGME programs. I have taken both COMLEX and USMLE Level/Step 1 and 2. I did extremely well on both USMLE steps, but failed a COMLEX on the first attempt.
In ERAS it asks me to authorize the release of both USMLE and COMLEX. My question is can I authorize/release ONLY my USMLE transcript? Again applying to only ACGME programs.
I saw in the guide applying to ACGME programs you must release your USMLE, but I'm not clear on the wording whether or not you must release COMLEX. I really wouldn't mind discussing the failure with programs but feel like this would help me get more interviews if it's an option to show only the great USMLE scores.
