If Autonomic Nervous System Testing is ordered by a cardiologist, are they looking for neurologic cause for a cardiac problem? Would a borderline abnormal BAERS test from 20 years prior be of any value to the cardiologist in this case?

ya, sure is. sorry, I'm sure this is not the right forum to ask, but not too many good places to ask and the doc is not too easy to talk to.

I suspected as much. Look, I'm sorry it's tough to get ahold of your physician, but she/he is really the right person to ask this question. What we think is irrelevant to your care. I'm going to close this thread, and please look over the Terms of Service from when you signed up for your SDN account before you post anything else that can be construed as asking for medical advice. Good luck.
