I was just wondering if there is an advantage if someone applies with a B.S. degree over a B.A to PT schools?

I am switching my major to Psychology and I just need to figure out if I should do B.S. or would B.A be sufficient to apply for PT schools. If I do B.A. I will be able to finish and graduate in a year. However, for B.S. it requires more classes that I might have to cram my workload in order to be able to graduate in a year.

It makes no difference for our application.

It might make a diff if the curric. for BS includes more of the sc prereqs that are required for DPT acceptance. Otherwise if the BA does not you will be taking "extra" classes. Could be another semester or two.

The only pre-req that I'm missing for DPT application is 1 psychology class that will be met even if it's B.A or B.S
