basic requirements for advanced degree programs

Hi,

what are the basic requirements to get seat in Advanced degree programs i mean GPR,Endo,Perio,Prostho...

Apart from Toefl,Ece credentials, then what else they require.I mean wether it is must to have NBDE both PArt1 & 2, or only part 1 or no need to have NBDE scores.If so, then after completing this courses wether we can practice atleast in that particular specialty in that particular state? plz hlep me.I appreciate your great help.Thanks.
