Should I buy EK verbal and math review for this? Ive become painfully slow at mental math and this showed on AAMC 11 when I did that youngs mod calculation.

I dont need any help on verbal, but is it worth it for the math review?

I found it useful for both the math and the verbal tips and tricks. I hadn't done some of the math stuff for a while, so it was a good refresher.

Doing math on paper made mental math faster for me.

It can't hurt, and to be honest, you can probably breeze through all their recommended tips/tricks in a day.
