Best MD/DO programs for spousal support/socialization

Hello,

Does anyone have input re: which med schools have a supportive (or unsupportive) community for students' spouses/significant others?

My fiancé is going through the application process for 2016 right now. I am a social worker and will be looking to work for at least the first year (depending on when we start a family) and am wondering what the norm is when it comes to schools' efforts to welcome SOs by organizing support groups/social circles and/or assistance finding employment (too much to ask?).

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

If not MD specific ATSU-KCOM is VERY spouse friendly. They encouraged spouses and families to join you on interview day and have an organization of spouses that regularly meet and plan events with each other.
