Best Office/Patient Texting programs?

Anyone have this and an opinion of which ones they like the best? We currently use Textel but I wanted to see if there there were better options.

I've been using pMD and have no complaints.

I used Textel in my office but my assistant's been telling me sometimes it doesn't work well.

One of the doctors in my office was handling all the infrastructure stuff like the texting program but he's retiring so he asked us to get our own services. Now's the time to restart with something better, but only if know what services are better vs the ones I already got.

Could it be within normal range of error? I know my cell phone glitches and will delay in push through texts or even VM notifications randomly hours or days later.

Used to have carrier XYZ in past and it would sometimes be days to weeks later that they would show up.

That I don't know. My assistant handles this.
