If you see pointy shoes, run!

Look the proposed surgeon up on propublica and see if he is getting payed by the device manufacturer

I just tell them about the last patient I saw who had that procedure. :) Works every time.

A new spine surgeon asked me for referrals for SI fusion, I said no, it did not work from my understanding.

Didn’t he make some outrageous comment about never having a failure with IO for SI issues? I’ll try to find it.
Yes something like all SI fusions are done by greedy ASC owners, then purports 100% success rate with intraosseous stem cells which I'm sure has higher margins

Have yet to see a happy pt after SI fusion
