I am looking for videos to clarify glycogenesis, glycogenolysis, pyruvate dehydrogenase, glycolysis, and gluconeogenesis. I have tried AK lectures and Moof University. Maybe I am just tired and kind of out of it right now, but I'm confused on what I"m reading in Kaplan chapter 9 for Biochemistry.

Edit: Just saw you already tried those How about reading those chapters in the Lehninger textbook (but don't go super in depth)
