Hey everyone,
So I just came across the Uworld question (11564) asking about bisphosphonates MOA, and it states the correct answer is it inhibiting mature osteoclasts.
However, it had another choice (incorrect according to uworld) saying "inhibition and differentiation of pre osteoclasts"
The strange thing is, it says it has both mechanisms of action in the explanation.
According to uptodate, and sketchy pharm, bisphosphonates do BOTH also.
Not sure if this is a uworld error or i am missing something.
Thanks!
