BLS vs other sources [mgma]

Can someone explain to me why BLS #s are 1.5-2x less than MGMA #s? [http://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes291061.htm]

It's listing Anesthesiology salary as ~220k..? THeir # of employment is at 25k ppl so it seems to be the entire anesthesiology population. MGMA lists the median salary at around 400k...
