Bombed my Final exam

I've already been accepted to several schools, and have maintained a 4.0 up until this year (senior year). I came into this semester with a lot of personal issues and one of them escalated the night/morning before one of my finals. I'll be lucky if I get a high C in the class now, if that. I'm worried that this will make schools reconsider their offer? What do I do?????

I had a friend get a C- in a course (the minimum to pass) his final semester in college. Some bricks were definitely shat, but it all worked out (he wasn't rescinded).
